Aken
Aken is a modular lighting system inspired by the balanced arrangement of natural stones; a form that evokes balance, tranquility and contemplation in different cultures. Each module, with a lightweight aluminum body and dimensions of approximately 11 x 12 x 19 cm, is designed to be easily moved with one hand. The rechargeable light source is hidden in the bottom of each module and emits warm, indirect light from the inner cavity. Magnetic connection allows the modules to be freely arranged and create combinations such as table lamps, floor lamps and bedside lamps. Combining sculptural form, functional flexibility and user interaction, Aken transforms light into a personal and dynamic experience inspired by the balance of nature.
