Pendant Light

Project Description

Arc Lamp was inspired by a formal analysis of Kobe Bryant’s Mamba logo, whose geometry suggests an architectural structure. Through sketching and iteration, this geometry evolved into the distinctive Arc form. Three light openings allow users to control the light distribution: the single-slot side provides focused task lighting, while the double-slot side creates a wider, softer spread. The design explores the rhythm and movement between curved and linear elements, enhanced by the interaction of light with the inner and outer metal surfaces. Available in 40 cm and 120 cm modules, Arc can be configured as a ceiling pendant or floor lamp. Sheet metal and machined metal components ensure durability, longevity, and recyclability, combining a contemporary aesthetic with a more sustainable approach to lighting.
