The lamp consists of two identical, semi-transparent shells made of recycled PMMA, positioned around the light source with a gap between them. The shells are asymmetrically cut, making the LED light source partially visible and giving the lamp a different sculptural appearance from every viewing angle. The central circular opening creates an additional light accent, while the opal PMMA produces a soft, diffused glow. Both shells are produced using a single mould and then mirrored during cutting, simplifying production. A semi-transparent cylindrical collar at the centre connects the shells, supports the socket, and allows them to be opened without tools for replacing the light source. Recycled PMMA is strong, light-resistant and mechanically recyclable. The shells can be produced in different colours. Its timeless circular form, organic contours, simple production and circular material make the lamp durable and suitable for a wide range of interiors.
