Project Description

Light Plan Inc. designed the lighting for Sabang Boardwalk, a waterfront destination in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, led by Congressman Ronald Singson. Inspired by the coastal landscape and surf culture, the design creates a layered nighttime experience that balances safety, ambiance, and identity.

Integrated low-level lighting enhances circulation, while vertical illumination and concealed indirect lighting define social spaces and gathering areas. Dynamic color projections add a vibrant expression of the boardwalk’s festive coastal character.

Through a seamless blend of architectural, landscape, and experiential lighting, Sabang Boardwalk transforms into a destination where light strengthens connection, memory, and sense of place.
