Jelly is a transformble modular lighting system inspired by the fluid motion and bioluminescence of jellyfish in deep-sea environments, translating this dynamism into a contemporary spatial lighting experience, where light is a transformable spatial element.
The system consists of semi-transparent curved glass elements supported by a modular structure. Each unit is connected through articulated joints, enabling tool-free rotation and reconfiguration for floor, table, and hanging use.
Light is distributed via an integrated LED system across the glass surface, creating a soft ambient glow. A pyramid-shaped base ensures stability across configurations. All components are designed for disassembly, enabling repair and replacement over time.
Designed for compact interiors, the system maintains its luminous identity across contexts. Sustainability is embedded through modularity, disassembly, and the use of recycled glass and metal in the product life cycle.
